Woodside Village East is an established community of 80 condominium units. Residents here enjoy serenity amongst the mature live oaks and a year long vacation vibe from the extensive Tropical palms and plants. Nature abounds throughout Woodside Village East and that is what sets this lovely community apart.
Boasting 1 story villa and 2 story townhouse units, all with ground floor access, residents enjoy being close to nature. Old Florida architecture and charm have been lovingly preserved in this community. Florida rooms, clerestory windows, cathedral ceilings all make these units unique.
A sense of community amongst the residents truly make Woodside Village East a special place to live. Residents here have formed lasting friendships and truly look out for one another.
There are far too many speeders in WVE. Residents and their pets enjoy walking through our community. We do not have sidewalks and the many speeding vehicles are a danger to both. Everyone slow down or we will need to spend a significant sum to install speed bumps.
A reminder that unit owners with gutters are required to keep them clean at their own expense. Our beautiful oaks lose many leaves and clogged gutters cause water backup and wood rot to our eaves. Clean your gutters frequently or have gutter guards/wire mesh installed to keep leaves out.
To protect our newly painted buildings please keep all plantings 12-18" away from all sides of our buildings. Also, remove any vines growing on buildings, these can damage our exterior walls. All plantings in WVE are trimmed 6 times per year by our landscape company. Your help in between cuttings is always appreciated.
FYI - If you are a snow bird or part-time resident please be sure a neighbor or Board member has a key to your unit in case access is needed for a repair or other emergency. It is important to have someone come in and run water from all faucets and flush all toilets regularly while the condo unit is not lived in. This keeps the cast iron sewer pipes from drying out and becoming brittle in times of non-use.

It has come to your attention that solicitors have been knocking on doors claiming they are approved vendors (especially replacement windows). Please do not let anyone in your home unless you have set up an appointment, you have been contacted by ResCom Mgmt LLC or a Board member to have work done in your unit. Feel free to report any company that solicits at your door directly to that company (because they are in violation of our "No Solicitation" rule) or to our management company.
Our pest control service’s name is Pest Guard Commercial Services (PCS). PCS provides perimeter defense around the outside of our buildings. Make arrangements for a spot treatment inside your unit if needed by calling Pest Guard directly at (941) 358-3863.
